So what is a trivet?
They protect surfaces from heat. These are designed for the table. They allow a hot dish or pot to be placed on the trivet as a barrier to protect the table surface.
I think nicely design trivet add color, texture, and a little bit of design space to a table.
I have different height and colors to add to the landscape of the table. They are fun and a conversational starter.
